RCMA Makeup is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused or lightly sampled items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
